Gantry robot FP-5-HP

Designed for logistics applications, the FP-5-HP provides high-dynamic buffering for tires and wheels. Intelligent software and a stroke of up to 14 m ensure efficient use of available space.

FP-5-HP Gantry

With the FP-5-HP area gantry, Güdel offers a Y-Axis Bridge with up to 14 m stroke and an extendable X-Axis and additional Y-Axis to cover large working areas and to make the best use of the available space.e gripping stroke covers the most axle diameters available in the market.

Tire Stack Gripper

The tire stack gripper covers tire diameters from 13’’ to 24’’ inches. And thanks to Güdel’ s rigid mechanics TBR tire stacks with up to 360 kg can also be lifted at once.

GLogWare

Güdel’s inhouse developed WMS/MFC was designed and developed to meet the needs of the tire industry. An intelligent system that continuously optimizes the material flow and the buffer storage.

Wheel Gripper

The wheel gripper allows to handle all common wheel sizes. By handling payloads up to 200kg the wheel gripper is able to speed up your process by picking up several wheels at once.

Conveyor System

To provide you a turn-key solution, we source tire and pallet conveyor modules from selected partners which we integrate into the overall system. Labelling and scanning devices can also be integrated in addition.

Tire palletizing & de-palletizing cell

The turn-key solution for the palletizing and de-palletizing of tires. With a throughput of up to 480 tires/h and a vision system to recognize the tires on the pallet you increase your throughput and protect your employees by avoiding the need to lift heavy loads.

Our in-house software gives motion and intelligence to linear-axis robots. It connects third-party machines and higher-level systems such as ERP platforms while precisely controlling speed and motion to ensure coordinated and reliable operation across the entire automation system.

Tire Stack Gripper

Flexible handling across a wide range.

The tire stack gripper handles tire diameters from 13 to 24 inches. Thanks to Güdel’s rigid mechanical design, it can also lift complete TBR tire stacks weighing up to 360 kg safely and reliably in a single operation.

Vision System

Reliable detection of different patterns.

Different tire sizes create a wide variety of stack patterns. Our camera-based vision system detects these patterns and verifies tire positions automatically, relieving operators of manual checks and supporting reliable handling throughout the entire automated process.

Conveyor System

Integrated conveying for turnkey solutions.

To deliver a complete turnkey solution, we source tire and pallet conveyor modules from selected partners and integrate them into the overall system. Labeling and scanning devices can also be incorporated to meet the specific requirements of your process.
