Automatic lubrication systems ensure a consistent supply of lubricant to guideways, racks and pinions. Depending on the application and integration requirements, they can reduce manual maintenance and help minimize system downtime.
Güdel provides the documentation required for installation, integration and operation. Recommendations on suitable lubricants, lubrication intervals, cycles and quantities help ensure a consistent and sufficient lubricating film.
FlexxPump
The FlexxPump delivers lubricant from a cartridge through supply lines to the required lubrication points. Depending on the configuration, the lubricant is distributed via distributors or Y-connectors, or delivered directly to the lubrication points.
Racks and pinions are lubricated via lubrication pinions, while guideways are supplied through dedicated lubrication elements. The FlexxPump can be installed in any orientation.

FlexxPump4 D424A
The lubrication cycle is programmed and controlled via the machine's PLC. Power supply and connection to the control system are provided through a single cable.
FlexxPump4 N412A
The lubrication cycle is set directly on the pump. Power is supplied via a cable. Lubrication pressure, low lubricant level and faults are indicated on the display.
FlexxPump4 B412A
The lubrication cycle is set directly on the pump. Power is supplied by a battery. Lubrication pressure, low lubricant level and faults are indicated on the display.
SKF Centralized Lubrication System (60g)
The compact and lightweight pump offers high reliability and ease of operation. A central filling point simplifies maintenance, while piston distributors ensure a reliable supply to multiple lubrication points. Lubrication lines of up to 50 m provide flexibility during installation. Integrated level monitoring and a button for additional lubrication offer greater control and operational reliability in daily use.
