Automatic lubrication systems provide a consistent supply of lubricant to guideways, racks and pinions. Depending on your application and integration requirements, they can reduce manual maintenance and help minimize system downtime.
Güdel provides the documentation required for installation, integration and operation. Recommendations for suitable lubricants, intervals, cycles and quantities help ensure a consistent and adequate lubricating film.
Available Lubrication Systems
FlexxPump
Battery-operated, fed with 24VDC, or controlled by an external control system, the FlexxPump automatic lubrication system can be used in a wide variety of ways.
SKF-Vogel
The automatic lubrication system SKF-Vogel is used as a central lubrication with viscous grease.
FlexxPump
The FlexxPump delivers lubricant from a cartridge through supply lines to the required lubrication points. Depending on the configuration, the lubricant is distributed through splitters or Y-connectors, or supplied directly to the lubrication points.
Racks and pinions are supplied through lubrication pinions, while guideways are supplied through dedicated lubrication elements. The FlexxPump can be installed in any orientation.
Standard Lubricant
- Güdel H1 high-performance lubricating oil
- Viscosity: 4,000 mm²/s at 40°C
- Food-grade lubricant with H1 approval

FlexxPump4 D424A
The lubrication cycle is programmed by the machine control system (PLC). The voltage supply and connection to the control system are provided via a cable.
FlexxPump4 N412A
The lubrication cycle is set at the pump. Voltage supply via cable. Lubrication pressure, empty message and signaling of malfunctions can be read at the display.
FlexxPump4 B412A
The lubrication cycle is set at the pump. Voltage supply via a battery. Lubrication pressure, empty message and signaling of malfunctions can be read at the display.
SKF-Vogel
The SKF-Vogel gear pump unit supplies lubricant from its integrated reservoir to the system’s central lubrication points.
The pump is controlled through the machine’s PLC. For each lubrication cycle, the PLC sends a control signal that activates the required lubricant delivery.

- Semi-fluid grease in NLGI classes 000 and 00

SKF-Vogel
The documentation is specific to the sales order. For this reason, Güdel does not provide any downloads online.
