Roller conveyor for wheels
The sectional-driven roller conveyer is specially designed for the railway wheels. It is mostly used for infeed and outfeed of the wheels in the automation solution. The conveyor contributes to a smooth floor transportation and the material flow can be controlled with its buffer function.
Chain conveyor for axles
The chain conveyor is specially designed for the railway axles. It is mostly used for infeed and outfeed of the axles in the automation solution. The capacity of the conveyor can be adjusted to the number of axles needed. Additional features, such as DMC scanner and marker, can be configured to the conveyor.
Axle Gripper
The axle gripper is a geared motor driven parallel gripper specially designed to handle the railway axles. With additional two servo drives, each parallel jaw set can be moved axially, independent from each other. This feature enables flexible machine loading. The wide gripping stroke covers the most axle diameters available in the market.
Tilting table for wheel stacks
The tilting table for wheel stacks is used mostly at the infeed and outfeed of the automation solution to change the orientation of the wheel stacks. With the help of the tilting table, the wheel stacks can be vertically or horizontally positioned.
Plain text reading station
The plain text reading station reads the marked plain text on the workpiece and guarantees the optimal type recognition and traceability.
Wheel Gripper
The standard wheel gripper is able to rotate and swivel the railway wheel, covering a wide range of wheel diameters. The gripper can be adjusted to different loading angle configurations. In addition, the specially designed heat-resistant hot wheel gripper can easily handle the railway wheel with temperature up to 950 °C.

The 2-axis gantry ZP-7  and the 3-axis gantry FP-7 are optimally designed to meet railway industry applications that require high dynamics and payloads exceeding 3000 kg. The portfolio is rounded out by high-performance gripping solutions: wheel grippers that handle rotating and swiveling motions, hot wheel grippers rated up to 950 °C, axle grippers built for lateral loading and unloading, and systems designed to handle complete wheel sets.
