Due to the increased output performance of modern press systems, end of line finished parts stacking must also operate at an increased capacity.
The wide product line of GÜDEL robots and modules (Fig. #1) allow the implementation of finished parts stacking systems that are capable of processing the output of today's presses. Constructing the finished parts stacking system in an overhead configuration allows for optimum use of floor space. The combination of robotics, shuttles and linear systems enables an optimal adaptation to customer-specific requirements.
