The roboBeam system is characterized by their straightforward and stable mechanics that allow secure and direct transfer of parts from press to press without intermediate stations. The system is based on solid-structured linear guidance rail that has been optimally designed for high dynamic loads. Due to the innovative and highly dynamic control technology, it allows the motion to be continuously operated without stopping at TDC. The individual transfer units are synchronized, always following the corresponding presses crank angle.

RBS roboBeam Stand alone  (Fig. #2)
The RBS roboBeam system is designed for transfer of large surface blanks in tandem lines with a distance between the presses of up to 8500 mm. The suction beams are guided on both sides to assure high stability, especially for large surface sheets.

RBC roboBeam Compact press  (Fig. #3)
The RBC roboBeam system is based on the same technology as described above of the RBS system. The system is designed to be installed in compact presses and enables direct motion of parts from die station to die station up to a distance of approx. 4000 mm. Thanks to the compact dimensions, the transfer can be mounted directly to the inner side of the press columns.
