Robocarrier
The maximum payload of the original roboLoop is 6200 N with maximum speeds of 150 and 90 m/min. respectively. (see also: Selection table )
The control system embodies the latest technologies and provides multi-tasking functions in a common loop.
Each individual robo-carrier is designed for complete autonomy. Power is supplied via a common bus. Each robo-carrier is equipped with its own separate control unit, servo-drives and a pneumatic or hydraulic unit, thereby eliminating the trailing-cables on the loop structure for supplying the electrical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic power.
Hydraulic/pneumatic Unit
A pneumatic or hydraulic unit is mounted directly on the robo-carrier to supply the individual robo-carriers with fluid power. Appropriate fluid storage systems are integrated to assure an uninterrupted supply.
Automatic Lubricating Unit
Each robo-carrier is equipped with an automatic lubricating system. The automatic central lubrication system guarantees continued operation and high reliability.
