Modules: Linear one- and multi-axis portalsThe linear one- and multi-axis modules are based on the standard components of the GUDEL-guideway system. They are dedicated for payloads from 10 to 3600 kg.
 Modular linear axis MLB with belt drives are specially suited for general handling applications for packaging and logistics, as well as for the food and medical industry.  The 1-axis module type EP by virtue of its high modularity and its wide range of payloads lends itself to applications in diverse industries.  2-Axis Portal gantries type ZP with rack and pinion drive have applications in extremely diverse industries such as logistics, machine industry, aerospace, medical technology, automotive etc.  3-Axis Portal gantries type FP with rack and pinion drive have applications in extremely diverse industries such as logistics, machine industry, aerospace, medical technology, automotive etc.  3-Axis Cantilever portal type CP with rack and pinion drive have applications in extremely diverse industries in process oriented applications.  Modular linear axes Trackmotion Type TMF with rack and pinion drive for use in diverse applications such as welding machines, plasma-arc cutting, mechanical processing, pouring, packing etc.  The overhead-trackmotion TMO from GUDEL completes the well proven series of floor-mounted trackmotions type TMF. They allow mounting of a robot in a ceiling orientation (hanging), wall-mounted (sidewise) or in an elevated position (above floor, robot on top). The modular design with hardened and ground GUDEL-guideways, with high-precision GÜDEL racks (toothed belt on MLB) and with low-backlash GÜDEL reducers allows speeds up to 500 m/min and accelerations up to 10 m/s^2, as well as very precise repeatability < 0.1mm and an extraordinary quiet and robust operation.
