  • Shortest reaction time
  • Professional assistance
  • Remote maintenance/teleservice if your installations is equipped with a modem

Service level 2: Maintenance contract

  • Inspection of your equipment by our service technicians at intervals scheduled together with you
  • Lubricants will be automatically resupplied or replenished according to the maintenance schedule
  • Including use of the help desk
