The roboFeeder is a single arm Crossbar Transfer for a direct parts transfer from press to press without intermediate station.

The RFD roboFeeder system is suited for applications in new press lines and also for the retrofit of existing systems. The concept is composed of a combination of linear technology and rotation units between which the crossbar is located. This arrangement enables using the RFD roboFeeder in presses with smaller window dimensions. Thanks to the possibility of being able to swivel the part directly at the crossbar, a movement curve adapted to the contours of the tool can be implemented. On double action presses, parts can be turned 180 degrees directly between 2 roboFeeder units without an intermediate station.
