TASK
Position small electrical components of 0.1 mm and larger on printed circuit boards. The machine must move up to 21,000 components/hour and must be virtually vibration-free.
SOLUTION
Size 10 guide rails and toothed racks. All the ends are cut into lengths with great precision in order to guarantee division on the toothed rack. The prism, too, is measured at the ends and marked with the dimensions so that sets can be created for each machine at Mydata. This assures a transition from one rail to the other with minimal deviations, thus preventing any vibrations from migrating to the machine.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY
Guide rails and toothed guide racks module 1, series 10, and FR10/FR10Z guide rollers. All the components are monitored 100%.
RESULT
Special solutions, e.g. vibration-free and low-vibration, can be realized with standard GÜDEL components.
