TASK
With the inmould-method thermoplastic foils are laid into the injection mould before injecting the plastics which results in a decal that is firmly bonded with the material and protected against
external influences.
SOLUTION
Our local partner in Israel (Primatic) for the plastics industry implemented the complete
solution for a customer in Israel. With a special gripper mounted to a 3-axes-linear robot, the thermoplastic foils are gripped and inserted
into the injection mould. The same linear robot removes the finished parts and readies them for shipment.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY
The precision, rigid and quiet running 3-axes module (CPP-2) by GÜDEL guarantees a continuous production process.
RESULT
The customized products are taken from the machine completely decorated and do not need any further processing.
Without any loss of time and capacity the various labels can be done by just changing the printed foils.
