TASK
Gleason-Pfauter gear hobbler for gear-cutting of shaft- and wheel-shaped workpieces with all the profiles and shapes that occur regularly on the circumference of cylindrical workpieces. Feeding of all parts with a horizontal axis and two vertical axes with parallel gripper. Deposit of workpieces on an indexing chain belt integrated in the machine.
SOLUTION
MLB-2 integrated in the machine. Horizontal with belt drive, vertical with pneumatic axes. GÜDEL indexing belt integrated in the machine.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY
MLB-2 1-axis module with 2 pneumatic vertical axes and Schunk parallel grippers. GÜDEL indexing chain belt.
RESULT
The system met all the requirements and is in operation.
