Quick handling of barrel lids in an automated painting line. Vertical transfer with a cycle time of 6 seconds for a stroke of 2.5 m.

SOLUTION
Rapid vertical axis with servodrive and a pneumatic gripper with rotation module.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY
Module EP-3 with Siemens 1-FK7064 Motor and with a pneumatical gripper with a fast pneumatical rotary unit for 0°, 90° and 180°

RESULT
The required, very low cycle time was achieved.
