Lubrication

Wiper unit MA25
The wiper unit is there to fulfill ine important function:

to seal off the monoRoll roller support

The integrated double lipped cross scrapers seal, off the front of the roller support and thus prevent dirt from entering and the loss of lubricant. As the scrapers are subjected to normal wear and tear, the wiper units have to be inspected regularly and replaced if required.

The Wiper and lubrication unit MA25S, with it’s integrated oil reservoir, makes it possible to automatically and evenly supply the rails with lubrication over a long period of time.
