Task

Loading and unloading of a tunnel furnace for winding mandrel, workpiece weight: 200 – 4000 kg, transporting the finished switch rod. Loading and unloading of a winding machine for high-voltage switch rods with winding mandrels.

Solution

Surface gantry with two carriages with holding hooks for winding mandrels and swiveling holding devices for switch rods.
Surface gantry with two stationary Z-axes fort loading and unloading machines with winding mandrels.

Scope of supply

An FP 7 with two carriages.
An FP 7 special with Z-axes, stationary in Y-direction

Result

Automatic furnace loading with empty winding mandrels, unloading of a furnace with the preheated winding mandrels and loading of the winding machine.
Automatic unloading of the winding machine and loading of the furnace in opposite direction.
Unloading of the furnace and moving the high-voltage switch rods pulled off onsite by the winding mandrels.
