Glass unloader: unload glass sheet from loading table to line conveyor

Task

Objective was to unload the Glass sheet (3.6 mtr. X 2.4 mtr. size) from the loading table to the line conveyor.
Thickness of the glass sheet varies from 2 mm to 12 mm.
Weight of glass sheet varies from 20 Kg. to 350 Kg.
Required Cycle time is 15 sec.

Solution

We offered ZP 6 based solution with vacuum gripper mounted on B axis (rotation of 90 degree to make glass horizontal)
Vacuum grippers are provided to hold the glass with adjustable matrix to take care of different sizes of glass sheet.
We offered total solution including input turn table for 12 ton capacity of glass piles, output conveyor line and gantry system. Entire system is interfaced with main line controller.
