Cheese Preservation Robot

Task

This robot preserves cheeses during storage. This means that the cheeses are automatically turned and washed.
The environment is very aggressive due to the high humidity and the salty air, so high-quality components are necessary. In addition, all the parts must meet the requirements of the food industry.

Solution

Our components, for instance the rustproof castors and guide rollers, are used to guide the vertical axle. The rustproof material and food-grade lubrication of the roller bearings, which we manufacture ourselves, make GÜDEL’s rustproof product series optimally suited for the job.
