Automation of the loading of Curing Ovens

Task

Curing ovens are loaded and unloaded automatically with a 4-axial palletizing system. The system picks up workpiece carriers from a supply point and loads up to seven curing ovens with several levels with them. After the curing time has passed, the system unloads the ovens again and makes the workpiece carriers available for further processing.

4-axial palletizing system consisting of Güdel standard modules.

Scope of supply

TM-52, TM-40. EP-4 and a rotary axis.

Result

By employing the palletizing system, the output of the curing system could be increased several times over and the production capacity increased.
