The company STROJMETAL KAMENICE, a.s. Konsorcium from the Czech Republic is a manufacturer of aluminium alloys for the automotive industry. The main target of this project was to rapidly increase the productivity of the heat processing technology of pressed parts for the automotive industry. The end target was to create an automated workplace with furnaces, that are operated by fully automatic manipulators.

The machine is intended for processing vitrified clay pipes that are installed by drivage operations for sewer pipes. The foil rolls or provided on a driverless vehicle. The handling system picks up the roll from there and transports it to the roll storage in which 52 foil rolls can be stored.
For shipping or for further processing, the gantry picks up individual rolls at the respective storage site and brings them again to a driverless transport system vehicle. The vehicle transports the foil rolls then to the next station.
